The Building’s History
The Spark Building began its life circa 1940 as a brick warehouse used to pack candy and cigarettes. Later, it became home to a finance firm before being reimagined as something entirely new. After a five-year renovation, the building now blends its historic charm—exposed brick, and industrial bones—with modern design, thoughtful touches, tons of natural light and top-tier amenities.
Today
The Spark Building is a vibrant hub in Hudson, New York, offering:
Flexible event spaces for weddings, retreats, workshops, and celebrations
The CoLab, a welcoming coworking space for creatives, professionals, and community members
A rooftop terrace—the only privately rentable rooftop in Hudson—with sunset views, a wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ grill, and outdoor lounge furniture
